• Café Technical Support

Members receive access to priority technical and billing support for any Steam or game related issue through our Cybercafe Support Site.

• Promotional Materials

  CGA supplies posters and other café exclusive materials to the Valve Cybercafe Program members. We also offer purchase discounts to members for merchandise. You will recieve login details on sign up.

• Tournaments

Members may hold tournaments and events at their game center. Sign up here to have your tournament posted on our official tournament calendar. Please contact us if you require additional seats or promotional items for your event.

• Exclusive Events   

Members receive access to exclusive previews, events and promotions. To receive the latest news and updates, please sign up to our news letter.

• Private Steam Cafe Forums

  Become part of the game center community to share ideas for marketing, events and helpful tips with other game center owners. Sign up to the Steam forums, then email you username to sales@cafegames.com.au requesting access.

• Artwork

Members may use Valve trademarks, logos and other assets to promote their café. All use of intellectual property must be expressly approved prior to production.

• Non Compliant Cafes

If member cafes have any concerns about non compliant cafes. Send the details of the offending cafe using the contact us page.

*Valve's Cybercafe Program may not receive all games released on Steam. Episodic and some third party content may not be included in the Valve Cybercafe Program.
